ford 351/omc235 was a good set up, BUT, OMC is backrupted, and taken over by Bombadier, they no longer support that OMC drive train. thus parts are getting harder to find and more expensive. plus it is hard to find someone to work on them. personally i would pass on the boat. retrofitting would be $7-11,000
