Well I tried to fire up the 96 evinrude oceanpro 150 today for the first time. Got it running, but accidently left the fuel switch off. I think i just burnt off the old fogging fluid. Primed it until i saw gas squirt out of the primer solienoid box thing(?) When I realized that the gas line was off i turned it on and heard a whooshing..what i think was gas going into the carbs. Could not stat the motor all day.I did flood it once, but pulled the plugs and blew out the remainder. Now it is just sitting. Should i prime it before i try and start it again? Plugs were wet everytime i pulled them. Whats my next step? Thanks guys.

clean the plugs, pump the bulb, but don't choke (primer) it. give it a couple of trys, then repump push key in and hold for 8 count, then start,
