Fish finder install issue

I bought a new fish finder at Cabela’s during the sale that included free install. Made appointment on Feb 19th to drop it off on Mar 21st. I dropped it off for service on the 21st. It’s now the 31st of Mar and they tell me it won’t be done even by Apr 9th. Seems his is BS to me but wanted to check w others. So my question is, are they screwing me over or doesn’t it take that long to replace a fish finder.

Simple...stop payment on your credit card....losing money is the only way to get their attention. Go pickup your boat and go someplace else. Others I know make them put in writing it will be done on a certain date or the subtract 100 per day. Gotta play the game....Everything I buy I use my capitol one card as it guarentees all purchases, they have been great!!
