I am looking to get 2 fish finders for my 17 ft bass tracker i want one at the console and one up front. What would be some good ones to get? Is color the way to go?Thanks
If you get the lowrance and the appropriate lowrance networking cables. You can have both of the head units share the same gps antenna and transducer. Saves you at least 2-300 bucks.

FWIW: The equivelent HB system can not share tranducer data. You could switch the head units between one transducer, but not have both display sonar data at the same time. HB has two options for GPS sharing. One a $25 cable allows two head units to receive data from one GPS receiver. Map data, waypoints, etc, are not shared. The $100 network capability will provide that level of sharing.
