fish scales stuck on vinyl along with markings

my boat is late 80's and has grey and blue vinyl seats and other interior parts
this boat is new to me this year interior was in good shape untill I went perch fishing about 3 weeks ago
now I have scales stuck to vinyl and white spots and streaks from perch jiz as they seemed to still be spawning
so how do I get this stuff all cleaned up and its making the interior look shabby
is it possible that some of this may have attacked the dye in the vinyl
I have tried several in house cleaners and spray 9

For most cleaning I use simple green straight then rinse and finish up with some type of vinyl protectant. Now for really difficult cleaning I use D&L hand cleaner for auto mechanics hands. It contains lanoline in it to soften and protect the vinyl, smear some on and scrub with a soft brush, then wipe dry with cloth. Vinyl will be soft and feel really nice and will not harm it. This was an old trick for us old timers back in the day when cars had vinyl roofs. This stuff would remove tar streaks from road grime but protect the vinyl roof.

I'm going to invent a product called Perch Jiz Remover. Why am I finding this to be hilarious?

I'm sorry, I just have a bad sense of humor today. I will say that Tilex Mold and Mildew remover works miracles on my seats.. but, their issue is usually just that..... mold and mildew. But, it hasn't bleached them out and seems to remove a lot of touch stains.

Did you ever hear of fish glue? No, really-- they did at one time make a woodworking fish glue. The newer glues have probably made it obsolete but the point I am making is that once dried, you are in for a very difficult cleaning job. It would have been much easier to clean when fresh. Sorry I can't offer a concrete suggestion.
