Welcome sir, I had the Fisher/Specrtum Spectrafish-20 version of your boat which I'm sure was very similar. The trim system is part of the motor control system. All of the motor control systems are contained within the motor wiring harness that is part of the motor controller. Your problem is most likely with your motor and not the boat itself. If you list the year, make and model of your motor I am sure someone can help you out. The mods may choose to move the post to the section that deals with your brand of motor, but you will still get some help.
