This past week has been great fishing off of Gloucester, Massachusetts. Matter of fact fishing all around Cape Ann has been super this summer. There has been many striped bass caught near shore just one to two miles out, many fish over twenty five pounds. I have had a few weigh in at 37lbs. or better this past week.

There are schools of football size giant bluefin tuna busting water every day. Sunday me and a friend hooked one on the light tackle striper rods for about fifteen minutes before breaking off #30lb. test line.

Re: Fishing Cape Ann

Glad your getting them. Down here, not so good. Water temps in the upper 80's pushing 90 degrees. Fishing has not been this "off" in many years.

Come on fall
