Fitting 4hp OMC carb repair kit

I have a J4REEA 1999 - could anyone please point me at a step-by step how-to procedure for carb dismantling, cleaning and fitting the repair kit?

basic process for all carbs... take it apart wash it blow it dry reinstall the float test it reinstall it adjust it

don't poke it don't wash cork floats if any... with harsh cleaners (carb cleaners)
