I am building a 15' flat bottom skiff that i will eventually need to get a trailer for. What is the method to figuring out what trailer would work. Up to now i have just looked for a bunk trailer that is listed for a 15' boat by the seller. I think i am limiting my scope by doing this.
What should i be looking for? What is involved with converting a trailer to a shorter or larger size?
