Fixin my motor

Can anybody tell me what are the torque setting on my exhaust cover bolts for a 1988 88hp Johnson. I'm replaceing my blown gasket. Thanks.

7 to 8 ft lbs cpurt.

Start at the middle and work your way out to the end.

Thanks for the info. Don't have a manual yet but still looking for a bargin.
