Flapper Style???

I am customizing my boat with a through the transom exhaust. I'm not sur where the waterline is yet, since I have not had the boat in the water yet. This is a project from the foam up. Which style of flapper is suggessted for best results. I have a set of Edelbrock aluminum manifolds, wet system, with the "hump" and rear exit. I am considering the inside double flapper, or the outside single flap. Any advice would be great.
