Hey guys, I posted a few months ago trying to get some information on a boat I was looking at. It was a 1983 15ft flats fisherman skiff made by Flare based out of central FL. I figured I'd give an update and leave some information for future reference. Anyway, I ended running a 25hp Johnson 2 stroke and powers boat to 27mph with two people and fishing gear. So far we've caught some decent flounder in the Chesapeake Bay.
