I'm baking it now, the changes this time are (one pound, deli bought) 3 spicy, Italian sausages simmered in sauce, then diced up(all in cast iron frying pan, my favorite) - I was having issues with the way, and how hard it was to spread the ricotta cheese on the noodles, between layers when assembling all - I took the pint tub of ricotta, emptied in large bowl, and microwaved it for a few minutes so i could spread it evenly - worked like a charm!!! This is gonna be good....just called son to update him on status, should be delicious, pics to follow!
