i have a 16.5' 72 thunderbird shawnee trihull that ive been working on and would like to repair and gelcoat the bottom. its resting on the trailer right now and want to remove it so i can do the bottom. the floor was replaced and stringers and the cap is back on and the engine is off. i would like to flip the boat but am worried about damaging it. im also thinking about resting it on stands but flipping would be so much better. what do you guys recommend? what would be the correct procedure for either idea?
