Okay, so i wanna flip my project boat over to do some minor repairs to the bottom of the hull and get some color on her...
I removed the boat like this (Im going to do some trailer repairs too..)

HAHA
Anyhow, im having some trouble flipping her over. I made a brace for the gunwales and put an eye hook in there. Attached a come-a-long and two ratchet straps to the boat, and for the life of me, it wouldnt flip over. It would drag along the grass, but no luck beyond that??? Anyone with any bright ideas on how to roll her over?

My original plan was to at least roll it up on one side and put some color on half of it, but that wont even work with the way it was looking today.

I would take that windshield off first. Too pricey to risk damaging. Put some kind of padding on the ground and just grab a bunch of people.

Yep, first remove the windshield. Second IF you don't have help, clamp some 2x4's across the top about a foot wider than the boat on each side. drive two wooden stakes in the ground to keep the hull from dragging across the yard, use the come along to get the boat starting to tilt and have a couple of 4 footers to use as a braces to hold her up once you get her tilted over.

Are you saying clamp some 2x4s the length of the boat? or the width?

This should show you what I mean. Drive to stakes to keep her from dragging across the yard. Clamp or tie the 2x4's to the top then throw a rope around em and pull her over.

You might want to build a rolling cradle like I did for mine
