float load trailer

I recently purchased a boat, boat trailer, and a Scott outboard motor that had been stored in an old barn since 1988
the trailer was built in Portland Or. by Float Boat Mfg. it has an apparatus for lowering the trailer and boat to float the boat off the trailer when launching the boat. It may have been Built in the 50s or 60s
Dose anyone have any information about "float Boat" trailers?
