Floation Bags under floor!

My boat has nothing under the floor ie no foam the GRP is clean and looks as though there has never been any foam, I wonder if putting floation bags under the floor and inflating as far as possible (in particular the bow area where there is more space) would be a suitable set-up if the boat were to be swamped? would this location of the bags cause the boat to turn inverted? good or bad idea? I dont like the though of filling boat with foam which will hold water. thank you for any advice. JBD Boat is 15ft speedboat.

Only seen it done in a J-24 sailboat and the set was made for that boat to keep it level if it swamped<br /><br /><br />tommays
