Looking for suggestions for tools to use to cut out bad oil-soaked sections of my floor(don't ask). It's 3/4" ply, obviously with a coat of glass on it. Right now I'm using an angle grinder with a metal cutting disk, but it's not working that great. The stringers are in pretty good shape so I'm trying to keep from cutting into them.
Any advice?
thanks.

Re: floor cutting tools

Be VERY carefull if you try this....

A circular saw with the depth set to 1/2" - 3/4" would do the trick if you can get it into the areas you're cutting.. Just remember, the blade will get trashed by the fiberglass, so don't use your good blade...
