Just one flapper disc. I bought two, but I never needed the second one. I only used it on the floor though. Most of the wall grinding I still used my air tools though. The air tools were "gentler" and I didn't want to grind a hole right through the hull. Plus most of the walls, I was only smoothing out, not trying to grind all the way bare. I haven't done any work lately, because the weather has suuuuuuucked. Ugh.
