I purchased a new Lund SSV and want to build a front deck and floor. I plan on building the frame from square aluminum (welded) and plywood decking with carpet on top. Question: Will a 5/8 inch CDX plywood coated in resin be sturdy enough to walk on or could I get by with 1/2 inch plywood decking?
The deck when finished will have hatch compartments and a pedestal seat mount with the appearance of a factory job. Thanks.
