see JasonJ 's thread about his Silverline.. it's got just about everything in it. you just have to adjust to your boat.

Re: floor question hope some can help me

i see the rebuild of the skanky beast it does look like a lot of help but i dont know where to cut or not to cut. mine dont go to the sides flat it bends up like a sloped shape on the sides .it comes out from the side about a half inch to a inch. up in the front its reaied about 6-8 inches do i cut it all out or from the the transom to the hump up front or from the bow all the way back .im going to try to take the transom out to its weak to or should i look for a new boat? i like the boat but if it going to cost a lot i dont have that kind of money i only paid 250.00 for th boat tailer and the motor . i have never done this before i did do some glass work on the top when i got it it was cracked from the top down to the rail along the side fiberglass resin it not a problem i work at a boat discount place

multi facet transoms are easier to do from the inside, the price of foam is the major difference in cost. deciding if theres more work taking the deck off than doing it from the back is the hard part. since your doing the floors anyway, I would say yank the deck, fix the floors from the bottom and the transom from the inside, then you can also seal the deck down properly when you put it back on.

sorry i should have explained it better. i was speaking of the the floor. i see how to take the top off. my question is about the the floor its self it is flat in the bottom /middle where you walk at. at the sides it bends up about 11-12 inches and it sit out about a inch or so.up where i put my feet when im am driving the boat it is raised up about 6-8 inches higher than the rest of the floor. like up under the bow where i would put like life jackets or fishing tackle. do i cut out everything or just the bottom part in the middle where the floor is soft and cracked i see how to do new stingers for the skanky beast i just dont know where to cut the floor with out messing up every thing.i want to do it right
