floor question

got my first project boat. Been reading up here, lots of good info, it seems there is a direct relation between the floor and the stringers. If the floor is soft, it is presumed the stringers are bad also correct? If the floor is solid is it presumed the strtingers are O.K. ?

Yes, if the DECK is sound the stringers probably are, too.

There Aren't any Floors in Boats,.......

There are Decks,..... Or Cockpit Soles,.....
But,.....
No Floors........

Just like there are No Ropes on boats,.........
But,......
There are plenty of Lines...................
