Floor replacement on my 1987 Starcraft Islander 221V

I have all the dirty work done (removing old floor and foam) and have planned on replacing the floor with epoxy soaked marine plywood. However during my search for a plywood source I ran across MDO (medium density overlay), this material is made for outdoor use and has a very smooth finish in addition to the waterproof resin used to manufacture it. My question is has anyone used MDO for a floor replacement? If yes can you give me some advice on your experience using it.

Another question, and I hope it adds value to the OP’s question; if MDO can be found in only good one side, should that side face the bilge if the carpet or vinyl on the top be considered waterproof?

Good side up, minimum 2 epoxy coats each side and edges w every coat, so they get 4.
