I have a 16' I/O Thundercraft (1986) and the flooring is going soft. I plan on replacing it but wonder if there is a flooring material other than marine grade plywood ?

Re: Floor replacement

Use Exterior grade plywood that you can get at Lowes or Home Depot. Works just as good and cost less. I replaced all the decks on My 19' Bluefin with 5/8" Exterior(acx).

yes when replacing the "DECK" exterior ply coated with resin should do the trick... search out deck replacement and you will get an eye fill of reading

Thanks, as suggested I've found and am now following a couple of threads.

How much more is Marine ply in your location ?

I would go Marine if its not going to break your resto budget..
