I have a Johnson V4 90hp outboard model:J90TLCIM.<br />At top end, the revs seem to fluctuate as if the engine is missing. Please advise on the float level setting for this engine or any possible faults that can cause the engine to do this.
could be a fuel restriction or water in your tank. <br /><br />check all fuel components and replace as needed.<br /><br />make sure fuel line is not being pressed or kinked up.
