Fluid leak out of release screw

Trim tilt leak leaks fluid out of the release screw. Especially on the way down. Is there o-rings behind it that can be replaced? When I turn it left, to try to get it out, it seems like it turns forever. Please help. Thanks

I have the same problem with my 2000 Johnson 50hp. There are two o-rings on the manual release valve, but even after removing the c-clip, the valve just spins and spins. I'm waiting. until I get the boat out of the water to tackle the job. Then I'm told that manually rocking the motor up and down may pop the valve loose. Not a job to do in the lake.
