My cooler went bad and I replaced it. now I'm having trouble getting the water out of the system. I've already flushed 6 quarts of new fluid thru and I still have water in the fluid. Any products like a gasoline tank water remover or techniques for flushing it that I'm missing here?
Thanks again for the help. I feel like I'm on information welfare here.

Can't you just disconnect the cables at the lowest point and drain the system dry?
You can easily re-fill after with clean fluid.

Ayuh,.... What I've done is,....

With somebody at the helm, disconnect the return line from the pump, 'n direct it into a catchcan,....
With the cap off the pump, start the motor, 'n slowly turn the wheel lock to lock, while addin' Atf into the pump as it's used,....

When ya see Red, insteada pink spillin' into the catchcan, stop, reattach the return line, refill, 'n Go Boatin',.....

Yup what Bondo said. Have about 3 qts ready to go, caps off, and have at it. I use a bucket on the return line.with a lid, cut a tiny hole in the lid so the line fits in pretty snug, as the fluid will spray quite a bit.
