Hey got a question to put out there... I am replacing the ujoints, bellow, and intermediate bearings on my aq125a with 270 drive and wanted to know some info in the bearing forward of the flywheel cover inside the flywheel. It has a single bearing on the shaft inside the bellhousing that I am going to replace but I wanted to know if the other one needs to be replaced also...

The one that I know needs to be swapped is # 71 here:

Do both the seals also need to be replaced if they still look ok? (#'s 70 and 74 above)

The bearing in question is # 28 here:

http://www.volvopentastore.com/Cran...*****.260909172--store_id.366--view_id.325907

Should I just remove it and repack it or should it be replaced just for good measure?

When I put everything back together, what should the grease situation be with this flywheel bearing? There is no seal and it looks like there is no grease in it now. Should I grease it up when I reassemble everything? Thanks for the help! Cody

That bearing in crank just needs a light coat of grease to keep from rusting. As the coupler spins with the crank at all times(along with shaft) that bearing never spins, it is just a pilot for tip of shaft. If its in decent shape I wouldn't worry about it, just slather a bit of grease on it. I always replace all seals and snap rings when I do this job.
