Flywheel Pulling pointers.......

I have a 2006 Merc 70hp 4 stroke that needs a new Alternator Belt...I've acquired the puller but now need to pull the flywheel, as the belt is smaller in diameter than the flywhell itself...any have any gotchas to pulling or reinstalling? thanks.....

just be sure to Mark it before you remove it to make sure the timing is correct when you reinstal it

Install puller to flywheel I assume it has 3 bolts and one large center one.... Tighten large screw till its tight and tap the large bolt with a hammer....most times the flywheel will just pop off with little effort.
