You need to get you a manual.... These terms are in the manuals. Fogging and Winterizing are processes by which the outboard motor is prepared for long term storage(mostly over winter). Read the manual and get familiar with your motor. In regards to the grease and water coming out of the prop, the water is supposed too, the grease in not......Good luck.....BushCat
