I'd paint it bright red with Rustoleum and a roller and donate it to the kids daycare center down the street for the kids to play in. It;s neither usable or collectable.

Just because it is old does not mean it is worth anything, much less 750. Remember the AMC Pacer? Do you know any collector who would pay premium money to have one? Yugos are pretty rare in this country. Do you want to buy one for 750?
