My 1997 120 HP Force will not idle below 1000 rpm when in gear (should idle 700 rpm in gear). It acts as though it runs out of gas. The rpm also rises and falls blow 1000 rpm. I have rebuilt the carbs completely except for the floats (didn't replace). I also have looked for vaccum leaks in the fuel system and rebuilt the fuel pump. The problem started suddenly. Any ideas on what other possible problems I may be having? Crankcase leak? Timing? Reed Valves? Thanks
