I found this conversation from 2017 and have the same problem. I need a diagram over where to put the parts in my VB and the cover. I have sercht the internet, but nothing to find.
Maybe you could help me to fint the corect drawing of hver to put the diferent parts. I have a evenrude e tec 150 hp. here are some pictures of the powertrim and the parts.
