At full throttle after 5-10 minutes it will cut back to about half rpm's with throttle at full. If I stop it won't restart. The plugs are wet and it is turning over. I didn't check for fire. I have had throttle problems- hard to operate, propeller engaged when throttle in neutral, turns over when engaged, ect...
