I am tried a prop today it was a 16 pitch cupped prop. My motor is a 1987 force 125 when I went to goose it. It was slow to to get wot. Hard to explain exactly but as I goosed it it revs up and gets going but not evenly it goes but then at wot it takes a couple seconds then it revs up and really gets moving. Can someone explain why this is. And is this slip? that I have read about

Re: Force 125

If you read the stickys at the top of the page and get us as much info as possible we can better tell what you have.
Slip is the difference between actual speed and theoretical speed if a prop was working in a solid. We need actual rpm and speed.
Its hard to tell if your having motor issues or prop issues.
