force 150 circuit breaker popped

for some reason I hav two circuit breakers on my engine and yet it diagrams show one ...one is right off the starter relay and the one that's popped and will not reset has the red wire from the voltage regulator going to it....does anyone know anyone about this...? why i'd have two when it shows 1

One for starter. Other is for tilt/trim pump.

that's why I can't find in the daigrams it's in another section.....thank you...getting a new breaker hope I don't have a short blowing this thing up.....thanks iboats you guys rock....
