Yes, thats seal i ordered, it came in the seal kit. Seal kit;
Quicksilver 26-820645A1. At least thats what i was told.

the seal in the kit is just slightly bigger and doesn't fit. (How do i upload photos???)

seal, driveshaft upper
f40307-2
driveshaft seal - water pump f349307

Ive called around and searched all i could online. I come up with the same seal but its the same one i ordered. Im thinking of ordering it alone, maybe i got defective seal kit?? Im stuck.

its an older boat so thinking the lower gear housing may have been Changed, the number on the gear box is 435554-3, not sure if that helps or if i can order parts off that number.

My entire holdup is that i cant find the correct seal. I ordered the one you mentioned and you can see from my photos that they’re diff sizes. So I'm stumped.
