A little play in the advance linkage is normal. Have you checked the timing with a timing light? Also, the idle mixture may be a tad lean if it keeps stalling when you push the throttle forward a little bit.

no i havent checked with a timming light also it only stalls when it wasnt returning to complete idle i tighened up the cable and now it returns to idle. what else could be causing a little hessitation when throttling up if alittle play is normal in the linkage.

and if its to lean then i need to turn the idle adjustment screw out right..

Yes, turn idle adjustment screws to the left 1/8 of a turn at a time to richen the mixture. If idle mixture is the problem, I would guess that in the end, you might end up at 1/2 at turn or maybe 3/4 of a turn max. from where you were if it runs well other than when throttling up.

ok i will try that i have the seloc book and it says the spec is one turn out from light seat. is that right bc ive seen on the forums that you should start at 1 1/4 turns out. ive been running it at 1 turn out

Whatever you do, don't turn the mixture in less than 7/8 of a turn or your risk engine damage. I run mine at 1 1/8 and have no problems.
