Force Choke/Carb Question

I took the plastic plates off of the front of the carburators and started the motor. When I pushed the key in to choke it closed up fine, but when I let off on the key and it opened back up gas sputtered out. About a teaspoon full. This happens out of the top carb every time I choke. Any thoughts? Or is this supposed to happen?<br />It is a 1988 125.

Re: Force Choke/Carb Question

I sugest that you perform a compression test. We need to determine why the top carb is not drawing the same amount of fuel as the others. If the compression is close to the others, then it's probably time for a thurough decarbing and then link / sync of the carbs. This is next to impossable to get even close, without the use of vacuum guages.
