Force Outboard Service Manual 3874

Does anyone know what this manual covers (i.e. "factory service manual" or "from years 19xx to 19xx")? It is supposed to cover the higher hp motors, 70 to 150 I think. The "3874" makes me think it may be an OEM manual. Any info would be greatly appreciated.<br /><br />Thanks
