force steering tube

Tried to replace my steering cable today and in doing so I broke the threads on the steering tube. Searched the net and found out its obsolete so what do I do now or is there a easy fix. Its a sweet running 86 force 85 and thanks for any and all help Pete

Found one on ebay to with same part # for 30.00 shipped. Thanks for helping though

Over time the aluminum ones get soft at the threads because of dissimilar metals and they way they react to each other.
​The make em out of stainless steel and they don't go bad.
A bit more expensive but worth the extra.
