Force tilt/ trim part

Hello,
I need a part. The trim cylinder cap( 5 bolt ). I have replaced the o-ring twice and also the piston with no help. The cap has worn and the shaft hole is no longer round and I guess wont seal. The wear isnt a lot.

Im working on a 1989 maxum with a 85 hp force. I added the tilt/trim to the boat and this piece just wont quit leaking. Supposedly came off a 90ish boat with a force. There is supposed to bean outer scrapper seal on the housing that was missing, and I cannot find a p/n. The IPC only shows the o-ring. I saw the one on ebay, was hoping for a cheaper route?!
