1998 40HP Force my trim/tilt is intermittent on the down side. If I hold the switch it makes a stange noise then the trim motor runs normal. I have change the relay same problem. I have a bow switch and it does the same as the throttle switch. Any suggestions? New motor runs $200 hate to change it without knowing for sure
