Ford 302 spark plug read

200 hrs? Did you have it rebuilt, if so, what oil was used during the Break-in and what procedure did you do to break the engine in?

Yes I did...it's all been broke in properly and according to the builder.

100 micron is fine. That will catch rocks. The typical spin on filter is about a 20 micron

What's your take on the plug condition

Sorry had my microns mixed up...I have 100 between tank and water separator...and 10 between pump and carb

Plugs look fine according to the pictures

Ford likey drinky fuel so feel free to install bigger jets, it won't hurt anything

I really feel for a stock, naturally aspirated 302 you're looking too deep. If the engine is performing as expected there's no need for such scrutiny.

Go a bit richer until no ping

I went 4 percent richer so we will see how it goes...I can go another step up on rods if needed but jets and springs are maxed
