My brother just finished the install of a new engine in his recently bought jet boat. He isn't sure of how the logs should be plumbed. The logs (with the "snail" risers) came with the boat which was sold without an engine. The past owner is clueless and now admits he never had the boat ready for the water.
The NICSON logs are tapped with three (3) ports for 12.7 mm rubber heater hose w/flared fittings...one at the top of the aft exhaust tube, two at the most fwd end of the log. Where do these hoses connect on the engine?
I plan to post pictures after I read the "How To" sticky thread.
