How does she shift now?UPDATE: Dealer kept giving me the Run-Around, Called and spoke to the General Manager and asked for the Ford Factory Field Rep's contact info. He refused to give it to me but 10 minutes later the Service Manager called me. Ford has issued a new program to reprogram the recall and got it installed today. This fixed the long delay in the 3-4/3-5 up shift. Also, the Service writer that was giving me the run around for over 3 months, is looking for a job if you are hiring.
Thank you. I’ll give the dealer a call and let the coworker that bought my ‘19 3.5L EB know. A friend has a ‘19 5.0L. Wonder if the same transmission. He’s commented about shifting before. I’ve not driven it and don’t know if the same/similar issue.
