Have Bayliner Capri 1800 LS w/120 HP outboard, 1995. Controller is Quicksilver 3000. Throttle moves free but when I go forward and want to throttle up I must push handle so hard forward/down to get moving faster. Still can only get boat to 25 MPH. The throttle handle is extremely tight in 10 o'clock to 9 o'clock positions and seems I'm not getting to full throttle. Any ideas out there how I should proceed to fix this? Bad throttle cable? Lube controller? I'm not sure.
