88' V6 200hp (2.4 L) Merc on a 76' 22 foot mako.
Spinning a 15p aluminum 5500 RPMs at WOT going 39MPH. With the 17p I was going about 42MPH but was only turning 5200 RPMs.
I imagine in the future if I want to drop the extra $$$ on a prop, I could go with SS, cupped prop and go with a 17p. And no the motor can't be raised another hole (maybe with a cupped prop though it could).
