I was given a pretty decent looking 18' Glastron V182 today, I really didn't want another boat, but I got the impression that the former owner was going to just crush it or cut it up. It's sans a motor or trailer, but I was able to load it on on of my older trailers fairly easily. It fit nicely on the trailer from one of my other boats.
Its a pretty light hull, three of us were able to lift and load it buy hand. It's rated at 150HP and the transom looks solid. It had a 135 HP Evinrude on it, but the motor was taken off and used on a fishing boat instead.
If anyone in the NJ area would like a really cool V hull, it would make a great runner as is or could be a really clean ride with some tlc. It's got some cool looking lines and is a fairly deep v hull. It's white with bright green accents.
I took it thinking that I'd part it out on eBay for all it's neat little trim pieces, but I hate to cut up such a solid boat. If I didn't have so many projects started, I'd add this to my fleet here, but I have 6 boats here now, and just no room for another one right now.
It has some really nice lines to the hull and the transom area of these older Glasstrons are so cool looking.
Here's a link to the oem brochure and a pic of the boat, I'll get some better pics once it's light out.
