I know that certain info is needed to select a prop, but this is very general.I have a 20' with a 90 hp 4 stroke Suzuki with what is probably the original alum. prop,as I recall I got it up to 30+ mph with no strain.I've since cleared the deck including removing the deck carpet and will replace the carpet with an epoxy coating which is somewhat lighter in weight than the carpet.I'm going to build ab 8'x10' cabin with light weight materials which will be a little heavier than the benches and chairs etc. that I have removed.I don't expect the boat to be as fast as it was but wouldn't a four blade prop help reduce the loss?
